The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is seeking an Accounts Payable (A/P) Administrator in our New York Headquarter Office. The A/P Administrator will be responsible for coordinating all arbitration and mediation case related disbursements, including checks, wires, and ACH payments, coordinates and reviews all tax levies and 1099 forms, and assists with computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep case financial records complete.
