The American Arbitration Association® (AAA) and its international division, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (ICDR), have been the global leader in conflict management since 1926. The AAA is a not-for-profit, public service organization committed to the resolution of disputes through the use of arbitration, mediation, elections and other alternative dispute resolution procedures. The AAA/ICDR has administered over 3.9 million cases since it was founded in 1926. With 500 employees employed at 22 offices in the United States, as well as Mexico, Singapore and Bahrain, the AAA/ICDR provides dispute resolution services to a wide variety of organizations, governmental entities and individuals.
Established in 1996, the ICDR serves parties in more than 80 countries, from offices in New York, Miami and Houston, with a staff fluent in 12 languages. Through 650 independent arbitrators and mediators, ICDR provides a flexible, party-centered process over a broad range of industries and geopolitical issues.
