You will work with a dedicated group of professionals in our Fresno, CA office and will be responsible for delivering high-quality case management services on arbitration and mediation cases. Education & Experience: Associates degree in business or related discipline; 2 years of related work experience (e.g. customer service or administrative support in a professional services environment), or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
