As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an important member of a highly collaborative, Office Services team. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for NYICMC to the VP and Center Managers, and serve as the designated back-up for other support staff.

Education & Experience: High School degree or GED; 3 years of progressive experience in an administrative support capacity; or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as legal files, business correspondence and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and business correspondence; ability to speak effectively, both in person and by telephone, to customers, arbitrators, mediators or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs.
Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, creating and managing spreadsheets and database functions.
