The American Arbitration Association is seeking a Case Administrator in our Southeast Case Management Center - Construction Division. The Case Administrator II is primarily responsible for providing administrative support on arbitration cases. In addition, you will serve as a liaison between the AAA and case participants and arbitrators, manage the flow of correspondence and information, and interpret and apply AAA rules and procedures to each case as needed from the initiation to the close of the case.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; 3 years of related work experience (e.g. comprehensive customer service or case administration in a law or judicial corporate environment); or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs; ability to understand and interpret statistical reports, financial/fee schedules, data charts and graphs.
Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based case management systems.
