The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for directing and leading the data analytics and BI reporting teams, as well as the case filing and intake team

  • Directs and manages the case filing, database maintenance, and reporting/analytics teams.
  • Generates and reviews monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of case statistics and goal/key performance metrics; delivers reports to business unit heads and executives.
  • Presents findings and trends on customer data and processes, including client surveys and customer relation management (CRM) systems.
  • Develops, implements, deploys and maintains a governance process for all data and analytical work.
  • Manages the development of interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for the organization.
  • Manages data integrity/accuracy, data analysis, predictive modeling/analytics and dashboards/reporting for the organization.
  • Utilizes data mining and profiling techniques to assist in discovering customer patterns and trends.
  • Manages the creation of custom surveys using or other survey software.
  • Manages technology aspects of the office, including project management of PRISM enhancement requests, documentation of user requirements, and acting as the liaison to the AAA’s IS department.
  • Identifies and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the case filing, data maintenance and reporting/analytics teams.
  • Recommends enhancements and identifies additional resources to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the case filing, data maintenance and reporting/analytics teams.


Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, math, analytics, technology, or related discipline; 5 years of progressive experience with data management, reporting and analytics.  Prior experience in a management role preferred.



Technical Skills:  Intermediate proficiency with SQL, Excel, Access, or other CRM, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau, SPSS or other analytical software.

Reasoning Ability: Possesses ability to solve practical problems with a variety of variables; exercises sound judgment to make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions, including the ability to determine importance as well as when to elevate problems to a supervisor.


Mathematical Skills:  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


Other:  Ability to travel (10%)
